Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

This is another super simple way to make Tilapia and its so yummy!


Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

3-4 Tilapia
fillets
2.5 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup Parmesean cheese
1/2 TSP Pepper
1/2 TSP Parsley
1/2 TSP Salt
1 egg wash mixture(1 egg with a little bit of water)

Dip fish in egg mixture, then coat with the breading mixture and bake or pan fry until done. I baked mine on 350 till the fish was done, all this depends on the size of your fillets. I then turned on the broiler and got a nice brown on top.
