It is that time again, time for another menu plan. This week was harder for me to get planned. I think I am getting tired of the same foods so it makes menu planning difficult when I get like that. Luckily I have a computer full of recipes I want to try and
I'm getting back into trying at least one new recipe a week. This week, the new recipe will be made on Saturday.

Monday-
Eggplant Parmesan(made with eggplants from my garden) and some homemade garlic bread.
Tuesday- Pancakes, bacon, eggs, and
cantaloupe(from my garden)
Wednesday- Roasted potatoes and sausage (cooked in a onion soup mix), rolls
Thursday-
Quesadillas, rice and beans
Friday- Broiled Parmesan
Tilapia, couscous, and broccoli
Saturday- Asian Chicken Skewers, rice, and a veggies(
TBD)
Sunday- Homemade pizzas

Im loving this idea...can you tell me exactly how you do it? I have a few boxes of onion mix in the pantry that need uses so this would work for me..LOL..plus I just had a tastefully simple party and got some Onion Onion..and Im looing for uses for that too..Thanks so much. Im going to start to follow your blog..feel free to check mine out too if you want..not so exciting..but its me...

Jeanne~ Basically I take sausage(not breakfast, like link sausage) and slice it up. I peel and cut up potatoes into cubes and toss them together with EVOO and the onion soup mix( we usually use 2 bags for a 9x13 pan) cover it with foil and cook on 400 degrees in the oven for about a hour or until the potatoes are fork tender. You can also add some cut up onion the last 15-20mins of cooking too. My family loves it!
