Crispy Roasted Potatoes

My husband absolutely loved these! They are so yummy! The go great with the BBQ Beef Roast in the Oven.



Crispy Pan-Roasted Potatoes:
Sandy


3 lbs red potatoes, peeled and cubed
2-3 T oil, seasoned salt to taste
paprika

To prepare, heat oil in non-stick pan. Add potatoes, season and stir into oil so the potato cubes are well coated. Cook on medium to medium-high heat, do not stir, for 5 minutes (check to make sure the heat isn't too high). Stir potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Continue to cook and stir every 5 minutes until potatoes are browned and crispy.
